The Audytor SDG program is designed to quickly select convection heaters and underfloor heating.

The program is particularly recommended for quickly preparing price quotes and preliminary calculations for heating equipment in central heating systems. For small buildings, such as single-family homes, you can select heating equipment in minutes and create a detailed bill of materials and prices.

Who is the SDG Auditor for?

We recommend this program to anyone who prepares price quotes and pre-selects heating equipment on a daily basis. It can also be a great tool for distributors. Version 2.0's main advantage is its simple data editor and clear prompt system, making it user-friendly even for inexperienced users. Furthermore, the extensive data inheritance option saves time during project implementation.

Quick determination of the heat load of rooms

Leveraging our twenty years of software development experience, we've optimized and minimized the amount of data required for calculations. We've also implemented an advanced data inheritance system, which involves entering typical room data in the "General Data" tab. Based on this, most of the data is automatically populated for newly added rooms, enabling very fast calculations. Parameter sets are accessed through simple options that are understandable even for inexperienced users.

The program features a graphical prompt system, which further simplifies workflow – even inexperienced users will find it easy to navigate. The program's unique method of quickly calculating heat load based on a virtual room model ensures significantly more accurate calculation results than those based on indicators per square meter of floor area.

Interactive selection of radiators and underfloor heating

Thanks to the inheritance system, the program defaults to most radiator data based on general data. Default values are marked in green. The program is also very flexible, and selected parameters can be changed by the user if necessary. This significantly reduces the time required to enter data. When selecting a heating system (convection and underfloor), the program selects radiators and pipe spacing.

The program performs calculations in accordance with the Polish standard PN EN 1264. Underfloor heating is designed based on the selected wet or dry system and the specified ceiling structure. Design data is entered as default data specific to the selected manufacturer, with the option to individually design the ceiling insulation.

Material list and quote for the selected heating system

Based on the entered data and selected elements, the program automatically creates a detailed bill of materials including:

For convection heating:

  • number of radiators,
  • number of radiator valves,
  • number of distributors including cabinets for their installation,
  • length of cables in the distribution system.

For underfloor heating:

  • cable length,
  • amount and type of thermal insulation,
  • the number and size of distributors, including cabinets for their installation,
  • additional elements related to the system: length of the expansion tape, number of mounting clips, amount of plasticizer, etc.
