Programs from the Audytor OZC series depending on the version They are used to assist in calculating the design heat load of rooms, determining the seasonal heating and cooling energy demand of buildings, and preparing Energy Certificates for buildings and their components. The programs also perform moisture analysis of building envelopes.

Due to the changes that come into force on April 28, 2023 (Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of March 28, 2023 amending the regulation on the methodology for determining the energy performance of a building or part of a building and energy performance certificates (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 697), we have made a free update available to all users of the Audytor OZC 7.0 Pro program.

The changes include:

  1. a new default value of the coefficient of input of non-renewable primary energy into the production and supply of energy carrier for technical systems in and for electricity (2.50 instead of 3.00),
  2. new energy performance certificate forms.

Please note that energy certificates are currently generated from the central register of building energy performance. Therefore, printouts from the Audytor OZC program serve as control printouts and therefore do not include a statement that they were generated from the central register.

Function of saving the certificate to an xml file and loading it in the registry

The new functionality of the OZC Pro program allows you to save the certificate to XML file (in accordance with the register requirements) and uploading it to the Central Register of Energy Performance of Buildings.

Additionally, it is possible to add a detailed description of the partition structure "Partition descriptions" in the Energy Performance Certificate and Data.
