Program EKO Auditor 1.0 is intended to analyze the possibilities of using highly efficient alternative energy and heat supply systems.
Pursuant to the REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT, CONSTRUCTION AND MARITIME ECONOMY of 21 June 2013, the requirement to prepare an analysis regarding the use of alternative energy and heat supply systems now applies to all buildings for which a building permit was issued after the regulation came into force. Previously, this requirement applied to buildings with a usable area greater than 1,000 m².
The analysis of the possibilities of rational use of highly efficient alternative energy and heat supply systems should determine:
- annual demand for usable energy for heating, ventilation, preparation of hot water and cooling calculated in accordance with the regulations on the methodology for calculating the energy performance of buildings,
- available energy carriers,
- conditions for connection to external networks,
- selection of two energy supply systems for comparative analysis:
- conventional system and alternative system or
- conventional system and hybrid system, understood as a combination of conventional and alternative systems,
- optimization and comparative calculations for selected energy supply systems,
- results of the comparative analysis and selection of the energy supply system.
The program allows you to:
- Analyzing the possibilities of using highly efficient alternative energy and heat supply systems,
- Estimation of fuel consumption based on the annual energy demand and individual systems: central heating and ventilation, domestic hot water, cooling,
- Determination of pollutant emissions generated during fuel combustion based on emission factors,
- Calculation of operating and investment costs,
- Comparison of the designed system with an alternative system,
- Comparing several system variants,
- Generating a report based on the analysis performed.
The Audytor EKO program loads the following parameters from a project created in the Audytor OZC 6.5 Pro program and company versions:
- The surface of the heated space,
- Power required for the heating and ventilation system,
- Usable energy needed for the heating and ventilation system,
- Final energy needed for auxiliary equipment of the heating and ventilation system,
- The surface of the cooled space,
- Power required for the cooling system,
- Usable energy needed for the cooling system,
- Final energy required for auxiliary cooling system equipment,
- Power required for the domestic hot water preparation system,
- Usable energy needed for the domestic hot water preparation system,
- Final energy required for auxiliary devices of the hot water system,
- Final energy needed for the lighting system,
- Final energy required for auxiliary equipment of the lighting system.

The program performs calculations according to the guidelines:
- REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, NATURAL RESOURCES AND FOREST of 28 April 1998 on permissible values of concentrations of pollutants in the air.
- REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF THE ENVIRONMENT of 26 January 2010 on reference values for certain substances in the air.
- REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF THE ENVIRONMENT of 12 September 2008 on the method of monitoring emissions of substances covered by the Community Emissions Trading Scheme.
- MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, NATURAL RESOURCES AND FORESTRY - Emission indicators of pollutants released into the air from fuel combustion processes.
- REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT, CONSTRUCTION AND MARITIME ECONOMY of 21 June 2013 amending the regulation on the detailed scope and form of a construction design.
